Machine maintenance
The service includes:
- mapping of the company – especially the location and technical parameters of the machinery
- creation of service plans
- implementation of the maintenance systems.
- implementation of regular diagnostics systems of the oil fillers and machining liquids
- supplying of oils, machining liquids, specialized lubricants, filters etc. on the basis of the planned or present need
- consignment stock
- oil and filter change, lubricating of machines
- cleaning of the machine tools, filtration of the machining liquids, removal of oil and emulsions
- filtration of oils, removal of water from oil, Kleentek electrostatic oil cleaning
- keeping records in accordance with the valid standards for inspections and audits
Software:
As part of the maintenance, we use our own software M-Desk 4, which is a powerful tool for maintaining the machinery and allows the following tasks:
- recording and planning of machine maintenance
- monitoring the machine operation
- recording and analysis of samples
- documenting of compliance with the technical, operational and legal standards that relate to the operation of machines, i.e. for the purpose of audits
- monitoring the carried out activities
ELLBOGEN s.r.o. provides maintenance of machines mostly as an outsourced operation directly at the customer.
