Cleaning of the cooling circuits
As part of the services of our company we offer cleaning of the cooling circuits, heat exchangers and the injection moulds with a machine of our own construction.
Our technology utilizes a mechanical-chemical effect. We always choose minimal concentration of chemicals which are compatible with the construction material and sealing of the whole machine.
The advantage of our technology lies in reduction of the cleaning time in comparison with the standard procedures of the simple circulation of the cleaning agent.
The service includes the following process:
- analysis of the deposits (selection of the proper cleaning agent)
- cleaning of the cooling circuit at the customer, however the injection moulds or heat exchangers are possible to clean at our plant.
- conservation of the system (temporary protection against corrosion)
- compiling a report about circuit continuity before and after the cleaning (can be supplemented with photographs of the state of the cooling channels using an endoscope)
