ELLBOGEN s.r.o. covers with its wide portfolio of services the requirements of customers in the area of machine maintenance and solutions for fluid management of the industrial companies. ELLBOGEN s.r.o. was established in 2001 and followed the activities of the enterpriser René Komárek who has been operating on the market since 1993.
The company is directed in accordance with the established quality management system according to ISO 9001:2008 and according to principles of the established environmental management system according to ISO 14001:2004.
Our goal is to provide our customer with a complete range of services that include:
- supplying of oils, lubricants and metalworking fluids
- creating of maintenance plans of the machinery using our own software
- treatment of the oil fillers (filtration, electrostatic cleaning, removal of water from oil…)
- treatment of the machining liquids, supplies of equipment for maintenance
- recycling of oils and process liquids
- disposal of the used oils and lubricants
- analyses of oils and lubricants
- nonstandard particle analysis with an infrared microscope (identification of pollution sources on products, semi-finished products and input materials, the identification of deposits from the lubrication systems...)
- cleaning of the cooling circuits, injection moulds and the heat exchangers
